HAZELNUT MATCHA DONUTS

You need:
A food processor
Silicone donut baking moulds
Kitchen thermometer
Ingredients:
1 cup medjoul dates
½ cup hazelnuts
3 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
1 Lovechock bar "Hazelnut Matcha"
Preparation:
- First place the dates in a powerful food processor. Blend them on the highest level. After a short moment, it’ll turn into a smooth sticky mass.
- Now you can add the ground hazelnuts and the cocoa. If you don’t have ground hazelnuts, you could make them yourself putting ½ cup of hazelnuts in e.g. a food processor or a powerful blender. Blend all ingredients until you get a soft-chocolaty dough.
- The chocolaty dough can be placed in the wholes of the silicone donut baking mould. Make sure that the dough is very smooth to the top, the amount will be serving 5 donuts.
- Place the baking mould in the freezer for about 3 hours. Thereby they can be released from the mould later without losing their shape.
- Heat the Lovechock "Hazelnut Matcha" bar in a water bath until the chocolate liquefies. Here you have to be very careful and using a thermometer you should check that the chocolate does not exceed a temperature of 45 ° C so that it doesn’t lose its’ raw food quality.
- The liquid chocolate can now be poured over the donuts with a spoon. This is an incredibly delicious topping. The little contained pieces of nut just make it perfect!
- As a little extra you can also distribute some Matcha powder over the donuts. This not only tastes delicious but makes it even healthier!
